This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, share important registration information (ie. session sign-ups, etc.). To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Code available.  

• You will be required to select your sessions during registration.
• If you were registered with a group, please make sure to reach out to the group leader for your discount code. This code will be entered at the end of the registration, allowing you to check out at $0.00.
• ALL GROUP MEMBERS MUST COMPLETE AN INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION. A GROUP CODE DOES NOT COUNT AS A REGISTRATION, AND CODE HOLDERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED AT THE EVENT UNLESS THEY HAVE REGISTERED PROPERLY.
• If you are a District Administrator, Learning Facilitator, Ontario Soccer Committee Member, or Verified Youth attendee you will be required to enter a password to gain access to the Special User price. The password will be supplied by your Ontario Soccer contact.
• Please note that we do not provide invitation letters to groups or to individuals.

• Registrants, group or otherwise, agree to commit, in full, to the entirety of the price of their admission with completion of the registration process.
• Registrants not able to attend the event will not be eligible for refunds. Nor will groups whom have members unable to attend be eligible for a refund of the given person's fees.
• As a result, all registrations are fully transferable to another individual, at the full fee charged. If transferring ticket to another individual, the fee will remain unchanged, including any scenario in which the new ticket holder falls into a different registration pricing phase. 
• Special Interest categories (Learning Facilitators, District Administrators, Ontario Soccer Committee Members, or Verified Youth) will not be eligible for group discounts and will not count towards the group total. 
• Groups wishing to be invoiced for their members participation, will be required to agree on terms with Ontario Soccer. Once agreed upon, the rate will stand and will be invoiced for prior to the 2025 Soccer Summit, unless otherwise agreed on. All invoices issued by Ontario Soccer require payment within 30 days of receipt.
